(some thoughts) the pendulum of power (can someone calculate the period? around 8 years it seems) / doesn't the statement 'goed bestuur' imply that the earlier administration was bad? if so, was it that bad? (i don't think so), if not, isn't this what being a politician is about (then why mentioning) / a prime minister should have and share a vision (that's, amongst others, why i liked guy), not a public preference for westfleteren (although i must admit that it is damn good beer) / the more parties, the more difficult decision making becomes (i am against small parties ... in essence, i'm in favour of a two-party system, because, admit, there is only i agree - i disagree with a policy, or only progression - conservatism, or only black - white)
